As a sales representative for Atlantic Marine, Chris is your source for new Grady-White Boats, pre-enjoyed boat inventory as well as local boating and fishing knowledge. Chris also photographs and lists the vessels that you see offered on our website, so if you ever see a problem, make sure to give him a hard time.
After growing up in Greenville, NC the son of fourty year veteran employee of Grady-White Boats, Chris left Winterville, North Carolina to attend school at the University of North Carolina Wilmington. While earning his B.S. in Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business, Chris spent a lot time around the Atlantic Marine docks and local waters. After graduating, he left Wilmington to begin his career. A few short years later, Chris was encouraged by his father, Steve Camp, to explore the opportunity to come to work with us. His mother, Janet Camp, met his father while they were both employed at Grady-White, so he enjoys saying that Grady is in his blood. Chris joined our team in 2014.
Chris works out with a local group of F3 Nation, which is a national network of free, peer-led workouts for men. Their mission is to plant, grow and serve small workout groups for men for the invigoration of male community leadership. Chris served as chairman for the Cape Fear chapter for an 18 month period, including the period of impact from Hurricane Florence, during which he helped coordinate volunteer efforts and fund raising in the Cape Fear Region.
Chris met his wife, Micaela, while they were both attending the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Chris and Micaela have one daughter, Macklyn. They enjoy joining the Cape Fear Grady Club on their adventures, as well as spending time on the water with friends, family, and of course their two yellow labradors Hattie and Brewer aboard their Grady-White 191 Coastal Explorer.

We know Brent as the Grady Guy, born and raised in the Floyd family’s 40+ year boat business. Brent started at a young age on the dock and around the marina on weekends, came to work full time in 2005 to start the rigging shop and later moved to sales in 2008. Brent provides life-long local boating knowledge and support from our indoor showroom on Oleander Drive with more than $3 million worth of new Grady-White inventory on display.
When Brent is not in the office he can often be found with friends at the island, or spending time with his two dogs, Maddie and Lucy.

Hubbard has been a part of the Atlantic Marine sales team since 2016. He specializes in New Grady-White Boats and brokerage sales. Hubbard assists clients in the showroom, at off-site displays, boat shows and marina demo days.
Born and raised in Elm City, NC, Hubbard spent many summers growing up at the family beach house on Wrightsville Beach and graduated from UNCW in 1994.
Hubbard and Ashley have been married for 20 years. They have two daughters, Holland and Lillie. In his free time, Hubbard enjoys boating, traveling and spending time with his family at The Surf Club.

Pat has been working in and around the marine and fishing industry for more than 35 years. He has been a professional offshore fisherman since the age of 20 and has fished blue marlin tournaments in both North and South Carolina for the majority of that time. Growing up in the Carolinas and traveling on the coastal waters from the Outer Banks to the Florida Keys, he has tremendous knowledge of the water.
Pat attended Harrells Christian Academy where he graduated in 1985 and attended Atlantic Christian College where he studied Business Administration.
Living in the Wilmington area since 1989, he met his lovely wife Missy of more than 26 years on a blind date and they have three wonderful girls, Caroline, Mari, and Gracie. Caroline has just finished her Masters Degree at NYU and is working in Manhattan, Mari is finishing up her last Year of Film School at UNCW overseas in London and Gracie is attending East Carolina University
With four ladies in the house, life is very busy and all of their free time is spent boating, fishing or surfing.

Brad joined Atlantic Marine in 2025, bringing extensive experience in everything boating, from manufacturing to sales. Brad grew up in the boat business in High Point, NC, and is an avid fisherman and outdoor enthusiast. He held various positions at boat manufacturers, marinas, and dealerships during and since college, encompassing the stock room to sales. With two decades of sales and regional sales management experience, Brad uses his knowledge and experience to help guide his clients through the boat-buying process.
Brad and his wife Holly returned to Wilmington, where they both attended the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. They have two children, Paige and Brooks. In his free time, you can find Brad on the water chasing fish, cruising, or relaxing at the sandbar with family and friends.

As Atlantic Marine’s business manager, Jordan secures financing for customers purchasing boats, engines, and trailers. Jordan also makes certain each customer has the appropriate insurance and warranty coverage to ensure an excellent ownership experience. Jordan administers the dealership’s marketing and social media presence.
Raised in Wilmington, Jordan has a lifelong love of the water and boating. During his high school summers, Jordan worked at Sea Path Marina on Wrightsville Beach, often traveling to work by boat. Not wanting to leave the water, he later attended UNC Wilmington. Jordan joined Atlantic Marine in 2012.
Jordan was appointed by North Carolina Governor Pat McCrory to serve on the USS North Carolina Battleship Commission (2013-2017) where he worked with other commissioners and Battleship staff to fund and construct a coffer dam around the ship to facilitate repairs to the hull and preserve the memorial for the next one hundred years.
Jordan met his wife, Steph, while bringing the Cape Fear Grady Club back to life. Now, they enjoy leading the club on adventures along the Carolina coast. Jordan and Steph have two daughters, Carson and Hannah. When not at the dealership, you can find Jordan his family anchored in their Grady-White with friends along Rich Inlet.

Terri joined Atlantic Marine in 2014. She provides sales support to the sales team at our showroom on Oleander Drive.
She is a native Wilmingtonian who is married to husband Bill, a Chapel Hill native. They have a daughter, Maggie, who resides in Smithfield, North Carolina and a new Yorkie-poo Sophie. Bill and Terri have participated in sport fishing tournaments on their boat “SUSPENSE” for the past 35 years.
Terri and her family love spending their free time on the water, whether it’s relaxing on the dock or on their Grady-White.

Atlantic Marine’s Service Director, Richard, oversees all aspects of the service center’s daily operations including personnel, scheduling and distribution of work for technicians. He also manages all work orders, logistics, handling insurance/warranty claims and vendors. He maintains a positive rapport with his service staff members and ensures they are properly trained and equipped with the resources and tools needed to perform all service-related jobs. Specializing in customer service negotiations, Richard has developed and maintained positive customer relationships and trust throughout his 25 years at Atlantic Marine.
Richard has received many service and customer excellence awards with Grady-White, Yamaha service management, and been recognized as a Yamaha five star certified service manager.
Richard grew up on lakes in Hartsville, SC and later moved with his family to Goldsboro, NC. Richard enjoyed being on the water and operating boats at an early age. Upon graduating high school, Richard moved to Wilmington, NC and attended Cape Fear Community College. He has lived in Wilmington for 30 years and is blessed to call Wilmington home.
Richard and his wife, Heather, are devoted parents to their two sons, Patrick and William. When Richard isn’t working he enjoys spending time with family, hunting, fishing and getting out on the water.

Zach is Atlantic Marine’s Parts Manager located at the service center. He ensures that inventory is fully stocked with anything the technicians need to complete a job and anything a customer may need. Zach is proud to serve AM’s sales staff and technicians with great products from Yamaha and Grady White. He has been the Parts Manager for about a year and his favorite part of his job is the daily interaction and challenges as well as the relationships he builds with customers.
Zach was born and raised in Durham, NC and moved to Wilmington in 2015. He began working for Atlantic Marine as a team member at the marina and enjoyed his time there because he got to know customers. In that setting, he began to love the marine industry because he got to experience a variety of things from putting boats in and out of the water to weighing a 600 pound Marlin on the forklift. Zach has a passion for baseball and plays in a summer league in the area. When he isn’t working, he loves to cook and watch sports as well as paint and draw.

Dara works at the service center on Eastwood where she provides excellent customer service, writes work orders, arranges boat transportation, and communicates with service technicians to ensure the smooth operation of our service center.
Dara was born and raised in Asheboro, NC and moved to Wilmington 13 years ago to be closer to the beach. She previously worked in the auto business but decided to try her hand in the marine business and fell in love. She appreciates that her job has something to do with the beach and the water – both of which she loves. One of her accomplishments in life is the PRO ASM award that she received while working in the car industry.
Dara loves to spend her time with her family when she gets the opportunity! Her personal interests include anything to do with the water/ocean – heading to the beach, kayaking, or boating. She also has a cat, Haley, who she spends her time with as well. Another hobby of Dara’s is traveling to fun destinations – Key West is her favorite!

Buddy was previously a parts manager when he joined the Atlantic Marine family in 2011, but is now the Service Manager/Advisor. Some of his daily activities include coordinating and scheduling incoming service, writing work orders, invoicing, and updating customers on additional needed repairs.
Buddy was born and raised in Wilmington and graduated from New Hanover High. He worked at DuPont for six years and then at Crocker’s Marine for 15 years. He co-owned Holden Beach Marina and also worked at Bob King Volkswagen. However, he missed the marine industry and then began working for Atlantic Marine.
He achieved the level of 2 stroke OMC Master Technician in 1988 and 1996 and has been married for 33 years to his wife, Katy. He has two grown and married children named Carson and Erica. He is a grandfather to four – Samantha, Noah, Jackson, and Emma. His free time consists of boating, inshore fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.

Mike is Atlantic Marine’s facility operations supervisor. He is responsible for pickup and delivery of boats, building maintenance, and checking boats prior to delivery. Mike also drives the forklift at the service center to transport boats in and out of the bays for our technicians.
Mike is from Port Orange, Florida and spent 4 years in the Navy before moving to Wilmington in 1986. He is a Life Member of VFW post. Mike is married and has one daughter. Mike’s personal interests include motorcycles, hunting, and anything mechanical.

Bobby joined the Atlantic Marine team in 2017 as a technician and he currently works at the Service Center and mobile when necessary. He is a certified as a Grady-White specialist, Yamaha technician, Garmin Electronics technician, and Fischer Panda Generators technician. He is a member of NMEA and ABYC. Bobby does a little bit of everything.
Bobby was born in raised in New Hanover County and began working on charter boats at 14. He started out washing boats at a local marine in 1999 and soon became technically involved. He began working for Crocker’s Marine in 2000 and started working on Grady White boats and there he gained a ton of experience. In 2008, Bobby opened Bailey Marine where he ran a full service marine facility and electronics installation/repair center.
In his spare time, Bobby loves to fish, surf, build/work on things, and hang out with his family and friends.

Brad joined the Atlantic Marine team in 2012 as a sales and service specialist at the service center. His daily duties vary during the seasons but he manages new boat rigging, preparing boat deliveries to new owners, boat and electronic installations and Yamaha outboard repowers. Brad also manages off season climate-controlled boat storage at our hangar.
Brad grew up in the family boating business at Pages Creek Marine and enjoys boating, hunting, fishing, and traveling. He has been married to his wife, Susanna, for 30 years and has two adult children – Zack and Allie. Zack is completing his PhD at Berkeley and planning to work at Apple after graduation. Allie married in 2018 and works in the New Hanover County Hospital system.

John is Atlantic Marine’s yard operations manager. He oversees day-to-day activities at the marina including launching and recovery of boats as well as delivery and pick-up of boats for the service center.
John was born and raised in Wilmington and attended CFCC and UNCW. He is a Desert Storm veteran and spent four years in the Navy aboard the USS Theodore Roosevelt. John loves the water and being outdoors. His favorite part of his job is seeing the kids grow-up at Atlantic Marine and taking their parent’s boats out.

Randall is originally from Logan County ,WV and moved to Morehead City, NC in 2018 with his best friend and his family. He started working at 70 West Marina and learned to love being on the water, then moved to Wilmington in 2019, began working at Atlantic Marine, and fell even more in love with the marine industry. His hobbies include cooking, video games, and trying to spend as much time outdoors as he can.
