OPEN POSITIONS

Atlantic Marine, the world’s largest Grady-White Boats dealer, is looking for an energetic, motivated individual to join the team.  If you love boating, have a knack for customer service, and are willing to learn, one of these opportunities could be for you!

BOTTOM PAINTER/BOAT WASHERFULL TIME

The qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn the following skills:

  • Sanding, priming, painting boat bottoms
  • Pressure washing
  • Boat washing
  • Maintaining yard equipment

This is a full time position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  This position will require some work on weekends.  Compensation to be based upon experience.  This position may allow for growth within the company.

DOCK MASTERFULL TIME

The qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn the following skills:

  • Greeting customers, answering phones
  • Managing our dry storage app which allows customers to launch their boats
  • Maintaining the dock house
  • Cashiering invoices
  • Required: Active Driver License
  • This position will require some work on weekends

This is a full time position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  This position will require some work on weekends.  Compensation to be based upon experience.  This position may allow for growth within the company.

SERVICE ADMIN/WARRANTY CLERKFULL TIME

The qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, or education in the following pertinent areas:

  • Greeting customers, answering phones and e-mails
  • Booking service appointments and building rapport and trust with each customer by anticipating their needs and selling appropriate service products
  • Handling warranty claims to ensure proper coverage for the customer
  • Cashiering invoices and supplying customers with documentation on their repairs and service
  • Microsoft Office (Particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Required: Active Driver License

This is a full time position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  This position will require some work on weekends.  Compensation to be based upon experience.  This position may allow for growth within the company.

SERVICE ADVISOR – FULL TIME

The qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, or education in the following pertinent areas:

  • Greeting customers, answering phones and e-mails
  • Booking service appointments and building rapport and trust with each customer by anticipating their needs and selling appropriate service products
  • Dispatching repair orders to shop staff
  • Management of our online service booking
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
  • Microsoft Office (Particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel)
  • Boating knowledge, small boat (under 40 feet) experience
  • Required: Active Driver License

Service advisors will report to the service director and will work directly with technicians and riggers as their liaison with the customer.  Applicants with prior service department experience will be looked upon favorably.
