Atlantic Marine has been family owned and operated in southeastern North Carolina since 1976 and operates a service facility, multiple storage facilities, and showroom as a dealer of Grady-White Boats, Chaos Boats, and Yamaha Outboards.

Atlantic Marine is seeking experienced and motivated staff to join our expanding team. The qualified applicant must be able to work some Saturdays. The qualified applicant will hold a valid North Carolina driver license and means of reliable transportation. Compensation package will be determined upon experience as well as education and certifications, if applicable for the position. Interested applicants should complete the application below. SERVICE ADVISOR

Duties include answering calls for the service department, booking service appointments for customers, and advising customers on what services Atlantic Marine recommends.  The qualified service advisor will have excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport and trust with each customer.  Service advisors will report to the service director and will work directly with technicians and riggers as their liaison with the customer.  Applicants with prior service department experience will be looked upon favorably.  This position is based out of Atlantic Marine’s new state-of-the-art service center on Eastwood Road.  Other duties around the office may be assigned as needed.  This position may allow for growth within the company.  This is a full-time position and benefits include a retirement savings program, health insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, and more.  Compensation will be determined upon experience.


YAMAHA TECHNICIAN

Duties include diagnosing, servicing, rebuilding, and replacing outboard motors from a variety of manufacturers, with a focus on Yamaha. Completing other repairs to marine equipment will be required also. Applicants with Yamaha training, experience, or certifications will be looked upon favorably. This position is based out of Atlantic Marine’s new state-of-the-art service center on Eastwood Road.  Other duties around the shop may be assigned as needed.  This position may allow for growth within the company.  This is a full-time position and benefits include a retirement savings program, health insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, and more.  Compensation will be determined upon experience.

 

 


RIGGING TECHNICIAN

Duties include diagnosing, servicing, installing, and replacing marine electronics and equipment from a variety of manufacturers, with a focus on Garmin.  Repowering vessels with new Yamaha engines and completing other repairs to marine equipment will be required also. Applicants with Yamaha or Garmin training, experience, or certifications will be looked upon favorably. This position is based out of Atlantic Marine’s new state-of-the-art service center on Eastwood Road.  Other duties around the shop may be assigned as needed.  This position may allow for growth within the company.  This is a full-time position and benefits include a retirement savings program, health insurance, paid sick and vacation leave, and more.  Compensation will be determined upon experience.
