Depart from Wrightsville Beach Saturday morning, travel 30 miles south to Bald Head Island Marina at the mouth of the Cape Fear River. Dock, enjoy lunch on the island with the club. After lunch, pick up your golf cart and explore the island. Visit the shops at Merchant Row, discover Bald Head Island’s diverse ecosystem at the BHI Conservancy, and climb the oldest standing lighthouse in North Carolina. Depart Bald Head at 4pm and make the one hour trip home.
