Support Atlantic Marine’s Growth

WE NEED YOUR HELP TODAY: Would you please take a moment to contact the Wilmington City Council in support of Atlantic Marine?  Tomorrow night, Tuesday, January 7, we will appear before the city council to request a zoning change for three small residential properties that adjoin our service center at 2035 Eastwood Road.  If approved, we will build two small offices which would house our support and administrative staff.  As with every project we take on, we will beautify the area, provide jobs in the local economy, and further the tax base that supports our community.   We have the support of our neighbors, but we are facing opposition from others who oppose change and growth.

Will you please consider e-mailing your council members with your thoughts, or copy and paste this short message in support of Atlantic Marine:

“Dear Wilmington City Council, I am writing in support of the zoning change Atlantic Marine is seeking for the Canal Street properties.  Atlantic Marine and David Floyd are upstanding members of our community.  Each project they take on improves and beautifies our community, provides jobs in the local economy, and furthers the tax base that supports our city.”
