Fall on the River

THE HIGHLIGHTS:

• Travel to downtown Wilmington by boat or car
• Put the curtains up on your boat, enjoy a cup of hot chocolate and the beautiful Cape Fear River
• Dock at Port City Marina
• Enjoy appetizers and drinks before lunch at Marina Grill
• Catch up with other Club Members or watch your favorite game at the bar
• Stay as long as you like or follow the group back to Wrightsville Beach mid afternoon.

EVENT COST:

• $40 flat fee per boat
• Lunch selections TBD

WHAT YOU NEED TO DO BEFORE THE TRIP:

• Register!  You will receive a confirmation e-mail after signing up.
• Check for required safety gear
• Make sure your boat registration is current
• Make sure you are current on your routine maintenance
• Top off with fuel (or enough for the trip)

WHAT WE RECOMMEND YOU BRING:

• VHF radio so you can communicate with the group.  We will use channel 72 (subject to change).
• Snacks and drinks for the boat ride
• Fenders and lines to tie up at Port City Marina
• Comfortable shoes in case you decide to walk through downtown or down the river walk
