SALES REPRESENTATIVE – GRADY-WHITE BOATS SHOWROOM

Join Atlantic Marine’s growing and award-winning sales team.  Atlantic Marine is seeking a professional to represent Grady-White Boats, a luxury saltwater boat line, and our dealership to the boating community in order to provide the ultimate family boating experience. 

The qualified candidate will have considerable experience, competency, education, or ability to learn skills in the following pertinent areas:

  • Engage with customers in our showroom, online, and by telephone
  • Identify potential customers and understand their boating needs
  • Develop superior product knowledge to advise customers
  • Learn and operate our dealership’s customer relationship management software to nurture leads
  • Conduct on-water sea trials and demonstrations of new and used boats
  • Complete thorough delivery and orientation for boat buyers
  • Maintain strong after-the-sale customer relationships
  • Attend Grady-White Owners Club events and other special functions and boat shows
  • Assist with other duties as needed or assigned by dealer principals or managers
  • Preferred: Boating knowledge, small boat (under 40 feet) experience
  • Required: Active driver license and reliable transportation

Sales representatives will report directly to the sales manager and will work with other departments within the dealership to provide the ultimate family boating experience.  Applicants with prior sales or marine experience are preferred. 

This is a full-time position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, dental insurance, and paid time off.  This position will require work on weekends and some holidays.  Compensation will be a combination of base salary and commission.

YARD HAND – SERVICE CENTER

Duties of the service yard employee are listed below and the qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn skills in the following pertinent areas:

  • Boat washing and pressure washing
  • Boat bottom painting
  • Assist technicians with repairs and installations
  • Assist in moving boats
  • Keep service facility clean
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
  • Required: Active Driver License and reliable transportation

This is a fulltime position with benefits, including health care insurance, retirement contribution matching with a SIMPLE IRA, and paid time off.  This position will require some work on weekends.  Compensation to be based upon experience.  This position may allow for growth within the company.

YAMAHA TECHNICIAN – SERVICE CENTER

Duties of the service technician are listed below and the qualified candidate will have some skill, experience, competency, education, or ability to learn skills in the following pertinent areas:

  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly to our business practices and software
  • Experience and/or certification with Yamaha Outboards
  • Experience and/or certification with Garmin marine electronics
  • Prior boating knowledge and ability to operate a boat
  • Ability to diagnose and repair other boat systems commonly found on outboard boats under 40 feet
  • Ability to maintain a clean working environment
  • Required: Active Driver License and reliable transportation
